fireplaces should be inspected yearly to check for blockages and liner integrity.
What's the difference between Level I, II, and III inspections?

Level I is a basic visual inspection of all accessible parts appropriate
for annual checkups. Level II is required when selling a home, after a chimney fire, or when
changing fuel types includes video scanning. Level III involves structural access and is only
needed when hidden damage is suspected.
How long does a chimney sweep take?

A standard sweep and inspection typically takes 45-90 minutes. More complex
situations such as heavy creosote buildup or a level II inspection with camera may take 2-3
hours. We always provide a time estimate when you book.
Will the chimney sweep make a mess in my home?

What are signs I need chimney repair?

Key warning signs include: white staining (efflorescence) on brickwork,
crumbling mortar, water in your firebox, a damaged crown, smoke entering the home, a strong odor
from the fireplace, or a damper that won't seal. If you notice any of these, call us for an
inspection right away.
Do you offer free estimates?

We provide free estimates for repair and installation work. For inspection
services, our standard inspection fee applies however, this fee is credited toward any repair
work you approve on the same visit.
